摘要
中国民营企业权力集中、家族化管理严重,对来自外部员工的声音和需求关注较少,这使来自外部的员工缺乏归属感、认同感和安全感,导致人事流动频繁。从公共意志和公共权力角度来寻其原因,则是与民企管理表达公共意志代表性弱、民企对公共权力的认识错位有关的。针对这种情况,必须改善企业文化和人才管理,随着企业的发展和成长改变管理方法和手段,改进组织结构,这样才可以使民营企业走得更远。
The centralized power and family management of the Chinese private business usually showed little concern as to the demand and interests of the employees outside the family circle,which made it difficult for the outsiders to have the feelings of belongings,attachment and security.So a high frequency of flow of labor force is quite common.Viewed from the public purpose and public power,we can find the problem has something to do with the unconsciousness of public purpose on the part of private business and their incorrect understanding of the public power.Therefore,changing the enterprise culture,reforming the personnel management,selecting the appraisal system is the only way out.The private enterprises will have a rapid growth if they can change their way of management and improve their organization structure.
