On the Impact of Family-income Disparities on the Individual Educational Equality

教育公平包括教育权利平等与教育机会均等两个基本方面。在社会主义初级阶段,家庭收入差距是客观存在。家庭收入差异对个体教育公平影响巨大。要大力发展社会生产,保障教育经费,均衡分配教育资源,尽量消除贫困带来的教育不平等现象。

Educational equality means the equal right and equal chance of being educated.At the present primary stage of socialism,the disparity of family income is the undeniable fact,which exerts a great impact on the educational equality.In order to lessen this unequal phenomenon caused by poverty in education,we should strive to develop social production,ensure the educational fund,balance the educational resources and perfect the national loan system for the students from poor families and etc.
