摘要
目的:探讨成人股骨头缺血性坏死的CT诊断。方法:收集本院69例经手术和病理证实的成人股骨头缺血性患者的CT资料,回顾性分析骨盆X线片和双侧髋关节CT的影像学特点。结果:CT显示股骨头囊性改变26例,骨小梁模糊消失28例,皮质断裂11例,股骨头变形18例。结论:CT扫描比X线能更早地发现病变,可准确显示病变部位和范围,了解病情的发展和疗效观察方面有很大优越性。
Objcective：To discusses the adult femoral head avascular necrosis＇s CT diagnosis.Methods：To collect CT information of 69 cases of adult avascular necrosis with surgery and the pathology confirmation,analyze pelvic X-ray films and CT of bilateral hip imaging features retrospective.Results：CT demonstrated that the femoral head cystic changes in 26 csaes,fuzzy trabecular bone disappeared in 28 cases,cortex breaks in 11 cases,femoral head distorts in 18 cases.Conclusion：The CT scanning can discover the pathological change early compared to X-ray,and demonstrate the pathological change spot and the scope accurately,it has the very big superiority in development understanding and the curative effect observation.
