摘要
目的:提高妇产科临床见习效果。方法:在皖南医学院2005级妇产科临床见习中,引入以问题为中心的PBL教学模式,与采用常规LBL教学方法的2004级学生进行比较。结果:与采用常规LBL教学方法的2004级学生进行比较,临床见习成绩明显提高(P<0.05),取得了良好效果。结论:PBL教学模式在妇产科见习教学中具有一定的可行性和优越性。
Objective:To enhance the effect of the clinical clerkship teaching in gynaecology and obstetrics.Methods:Problem-based learning (PBL) teaching approach was introduced in 2005 grade students from Wannan Medical College in gynaecology and obstetrics clinical clerkship teaching,it had good effect.Compared with 2004 grade students who were teached by lecture based leafing (LBL) teaching approach.Results:The scores of clinical clerkship in 2005 grade were higher than those of 2004 grade (P0.05).Conclusion:PBL has feasibility and superiority of the clinical clerkship teaching in gynaecology and obstetrics.
