交叉性失语30例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:了解交叉性失语特点,观察其康复效果。方法:按照交叉性失语诊断标准筛选病例,对30例右利手右侧病变引起的失语患者进行失语评定,并观察1个月后康复效果。结果:本组30例交叉性失语患者,占全部失语病例的2.21%,治疗后1个月内恢复23例,其中完全恢复12例。本组资料统计与多种文献报道数据及预后结果相似。结论:交叉性失语预后好,开发右侧大脑半球的语言功能为失语症患者带来希望.
