新型磷氮阻燃剂的合成及其在阻燃PC中的应用 被引量:2

Synthesis of Novel Phosphorus-nitrogen-containing Flame Retardant and Its Application in Flame Retarded PC

摘要 以苯基膦酰二氯(DCPPO)和对苯二胺为原料合成了一种新型大分子含磷氮阻燃剂——聚苯基膦酰对苯二胺(PDPPD)。通过FT-IR和1H-NMR的测试,对产物的结构进行了表征。热重(TG)分析结果表明:该化合物具有较好的热稳定性;从氧指数(OI)测试结果可以看出:该阻燃剂对聚碳酸酯(PC)具有良好的阻燃效果。 A kind of novel macromolecule phosphorus-nitrogen-containing flame retardant polyphenylphosphonic p-phenylenediamine(PDPPD) was synthesized by phenylphosphonic dichloride(DCPPO) reacted with p-phenylenediamine.PDPPD was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR.The results of thermal gravity(TG) demonstrate that the product has good thermal stability;and then the result of oxygen index(OI) test reveals that the synthesized product has good flame retardant effect on polycarbonate(PC).
