左氧氟沙星对家兔前交叉韧带细胞的细胞毒性作用

摘要
目的:氟喹诺酮类抗生素对纤维结缔组织,肌腱、骺生长板以及关节软骨等均具有毒性作用。本研究从细胞水平,研究左氧氟沙星对家兔的前交叉韧带细胞是否具有细胞毒性作用。
