细辛脑注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病60例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Treated by Asarone Injection in 60 Cases

目的观察细辛脑注射液治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的疗效。方法从2010年1月至2010年12月收治住院COPD120例,将120例COPD患者采取随机分组,其中治疗组60例,对照组60例,对照组给予控制性氧疗、抗感染、止咳、祛痰、应用支气管舒张剂、改善心肺功能等常规治疗。治疗组在以上常规治疗基础上给予细辛脑注射液24 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 mL静脉滴注,1次/d,用药时间7-14 d,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组病情缓解快,有效率为95.0%,对照组为71.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论细辛脑注射液治疗COPD安全、有效。

Objective To observe the effect of asarone injection in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Methods From January 2010 to December 2010 COPD patients admitted to hospital a total of 120 cases,120 patients with COPD were randomly divided into 2 groups,including 60 cases in treatment group and 60 cases in the control group.The patients of the control group were received controlled oxygen therapy,anti-infection,relieving cough,removing phlegm,application Bronchodilators to improve cardiopulmonary function and other conventional treatment.On the basis of the above routine treatment,the patients of the treatment group were given asarone injection 24 mg in 5% glucose intravenous injection 250 mL,once a day,medication time 7-14 d.After treatment,the effect of two groups were compared.Results The remission of the control group was fast,whose effective rate was 95.0%,and control group was 71.67%.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Asarone injection in treatment of COPD is safe and effective.
