摘要
α-突触核蛋白(α-synuclein,α-Syn)是一种中枢神经系统突触前表达的可溶性蛋白质,与帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)的发生发展密切相关。α-突触核蛋白在各种因素的影响下异常表达和聚集,这一过程产生的氧化应激等生化反应和寡聚体中间构象等均在帕金森的发病过程中起重要作用。本文综述了近年的研究进展以探讨α-突触核蛋白在帕金森发病中的可能机制。
α-synuclein(α-syn)is a soluble protein presynaptically expressed in central nervous system,and has a close relation with Parkinson disease(PD).α-Syn may abnormally express or aggregate when it is affected by various factors.In these biochemical processes,many factors such as oxidative stress and intermediate conformation of oligomers,play important roles in the pathogenesis of PD.This paper reviewed recent researches to investigate the possible mechanisms of α-syn in PD development.
