钙黏附素和β-连接素在子宫颈上皮内瘤变的表达及意义

摘要 目的:观察钙黏附素(E-cad)和β-连接素(β-cat)在宫颈上皮内瘤变组织中的表达,探讨其与宫颈上皮内瘤变进展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测51例宫颈组织病理存档石蜡包埋组织钙黏附素和β-连接素的表达。结果:E-cad在柱状上皮移位组织、各级CIN组织中的阳性表达率分别为80.0%、66.7%和55.6%、42.9%,即从柱状上皮移位→CINⅠ级→CINⅡ级→CINⅢ级,E-cad的表达阳性率呈递减趋势,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);β-catenin在柱状上皮移位组织、CIN各级组织中的阳性表达率分别为90.0%、77.8%和61.1%、50.0%,即从柱状上皮移位→CINⅠ级→CINⅡ级→CINⅢ级,E-cad的表达阳性率呈递减趋势,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:钙黏附素、β-连接素与宫颈上皮内瘤变的进展相关,在估计CIN的预后中有一定意义。 Objective: To investigate the expression and the significance of E-cadherin and β-catenin in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods: E-cadherin and β-catenin expressions in 51 cases of CIN and columnar ectopy was detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results: The positive rates of E-cadherin in the columnar ectopy group, CIN I group, CIN H group and CIN m group were 80.0% ,66.7% ,55.6%, 42.9%, respectively. There was significant statistical difference (P〈0.05). With the development of cervical lesion,the expressions of E-cadherin was decreasing; the positive rates of β-eatenin in the columnar ectopy group, CIN [ group, CIN H group and CIN m group were 90.0%, 77.8%, 61.1%, 50.0%, respectively. There was significant statistical difference (P〈0.05). With the development of cervical lesion, the expressions of E-cadherin was decreasing. Conclusion: The results indicate that decreased E-cadherin and β-catenin expression might be a useful marker for diagnosis of cervical carcinoma and a effectively tool for predicting the malignant change potential of cervical precancerous lesions.
