摘要 目的:探讨S100B蛋白与进展性脑梗死的相关性。方法:所有研究对象为2010年1~12月在本院接受治疗的脑梗死患者共48例,入院后依病情变化分为进展组(26例)和非进展组(22例)。对两组患者一般资料(包括性别、年龄、NIHSS评分)、血清S100B蛋白进行分析。结果:进展组和非进展组患者的年龄、性别比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是进展组患者入院时的NIHSS评分为(12.87±4.54)分,明显高于非进展组(6.98±5.30)分,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进展组入院时及入院后28 d血清中的S100B蛋白水平均明显高于非进展组(P<0.05)。结论:血清S100B蛋白水平增高,可反映神经细胞的损伤程度,并可进一步加重脑组织损伤,是进展性脑梗死的生化指标之一。 Objective: To investigate the relationship between SIOOB protein and progressive cerebral infarction. Methods: 48 cases patients with cerebral infarction were selected for treatment in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010, according to changes in condition after admission into the progressive group (26 cases) and non-progression group (22 cases). General information on two groups of patients (including gender, age, NIHSS score), serum S100B protein were analyzed. Results: Age, sex between the progressive group and non-progressive group had no significant differences (P〉 0.05), but progress in patients on admission NIHSS score (12.87±4.54) min than in non-progression group (6.98±5.30) min, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). 28 d after admission, the serum SIOOB protein level in progressive group was significantly higher than that of non-progression group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The increased levels of serum S100B protein may reflect the degree of nerve cell damage, and may further aggravate the brain damage is the progress of biochemical markers of cerebral infarction.
