载抗生素骨水泥治疗骨科慢性感染性疾病15例临床观察

摘要 目的:探讨载抗生素骨水泥治疗骨科慢性感染性疾病的临床疗效。方法:本科收治15例骨科慢性感染性疾病患者,其中髋关节置换术后感染患者6例,骨折内固定术后感染7例,慢性骨髓炎患者2例。男9例,女6例;年龄34~71岁,平均52.3岁。髋关节置换术后感染患者术前Harris评分25~40分,平均36.5分。手术予清创,创口内置载抗生素骨水泥串球。结果:患者均治愈出院。术后随访12~25个月,平均18个月,感染均未复发,局部软组织无肿胀和压痛。髋关节置换术后感染患者髋关节疼痛消失,Harris评分为79~92分,平均84.8分,与术前比较差异有统计学意义。术后6个月X线片示假体及内固定物固定可靠,无松动迹象及骨溶解发生。结论:清创后创口内置入载抗生素骨水泥是治疗骨科慢性感染性疾病较好方法之一。
