从全球政府信息化发展形势入手,针对北京市政府信息化的实际情况,重点分析国内外政府信息化建设方向性的先进理念、主要做法与特点,进而提出合理推进北京市政府信息化工作的相关对策和建议。

Learning from and drawing on useful experiences of China and foreign countries in government informationization construction has important practical significance. Starting with the development situation of global government informationization, and in accordance with the actual conditions in Beijing, this paper focuses on analyzing the advanced concepts, main practices and features of government informationization construction in China and foreign countries. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for rationally promoting the government informationization work in Beijing.
