对h指数的研究和探索已经成为科学计量学和科技评价研究的前沿领域之一,文章探讨当前h指数研究中研究方法可能存在的局限性,提出借助信息价值理论对h指数进行细化和改进,并在此基础上以CSSCI引文数据库为数据源进行实证分析。

The research on and exploration of h-index have become one of the frontier areas of research on seientometrics and scientific evaluation. This article discusses the possible limitations in the h-index research method, proposes to specify and improve the h-index by the use of the theory of information value, and based on this makes an empirical analysis with the citation database of CSSCI as data sources.
