Design of the Open Digital Object Identifier System

开放型数字对象标识系统OpenDOI利用多层等级结构和名称空间(包括本地标识和命名授权)实现国内图书、期刊、报纸等中文数字资源的永久标识。OpenDOI可以免费提供给国内的数字资源服务商、出版商、图书馆等使用。运用OpenDOI可以构建我国的数字对象注册解析系统和管理机制,整体推进国家信息资源基础设施建设。

OpenDOI uses multi-level structure and name space （ including Local Name and Naming Authority） to realize the permanent identification of the Chinese digital resources of books, journals and newspapers in China. It＇ s free for domestic digital resources providers, publishers and libraries. OpenDOI can be used to build the digital object registration system and management mechanism in China, and promote the overall construction of the national information resources infrastructure.
