Design and Implementation of Urban Regional Land Planning Information System

从系统的总体技术体系、软件架构、关键技术问题的解决方案等方面介绍了基于GIS开发城市区域土地规划信息系统——杨春湖城市副中心土地规划信息系统的经验。本系统通过引入GIS思想和技术,提高了土地规划业务工作的效率,简化了业务工作流程。土地规划信息支持系统的建立,不仅解决了业务工作中存在的问题,而且为下一步建设土地规划的辅助决策支持系统打下了良好的基础。

This paper describes the development experience of urban areas land-use planning information systems based on GIS-YangChun Lake City sub-center land-use planning information system,from the system＇s overall technical system,software architecture,key technology,solution to the problem and so on.Through the introduction of ideas and technology of GIS,we improve the efficiency of land use planning operations,streamline its business workflow.The establishment of land use planning information support systems not only solve the problems in operations,but also construct a good foundation for future decision support systems of land-use planning.
