摘要
探讨了地籍数据建库的流程、采用的技术标准;结合GIS工具软件与可视化开发语言的集成二次开发方法,采用ESRI公司的ArcGIS Engine,以C#为开发语言,自主研发了一套企业级的城镇地籍建库软件。通过对CASS数据的分析设计相应的转换规则和算法,并编程实现了南方CASS到地籍建库软件的数据的无损读取及符号化显示、地形构面和编辑等功能的开发和实现,是地籍建库软件的基础功能。结果表明此方法是可行和有效的。
This paper studied the flow of town cadastral database construction and the technical standards used.Combined with GIS,visualization tools and integrated secondary development language development methods,we developed an enterprise-class Cadastral database construction software based on ESRI's ArcGIS Engine using C# as the programming language.Based on the analysis of CASS data,we designed the corresponding converting rules and algrithms,and implemented the function of non-destructive read and symbolic display from CASS software to cadastral database construction software.The results showed that the method is feasible and effective.
