前癃通胶囊对人前列腺组织细胞凋亡及细胞周期的影响

Effect of Qianlongtong capsules on apoptosis and cell cycle in human prostate in BPH

目的探讨前癃通胶囊对人前列腺组织细胞凋亡指数及细胞周期的影响。方法 1.采用组织细胞培养法,体外对良性前列腺增生BPH患者的前列腺组织块进行培养。2.采用TUNEL法和流式细胞术(FCM),检测前癃通对体外培养BPH患者前列腺组织细胞凋亡指数和细胞周期的影响。结果前癃通能促进细胞凋亡,对细胞凋亡的促进作用有明显的量效关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。同时前癃通胶囊使前列腺组织细胞的G0/G1期细胞数增加,对细胞周期的影响同样有出明显的量效关系。高、中剂量组与低剂量组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前癃通对前列腺组织能促进细胞凋亡,同时使细胞周期发生G0/G1期阻滞,从而抑制前列腺增生。

Objective To study the effects of Qianlongtong capsules on apoptosis and cell cycle in human prostate.Methods（1） The prostate tissue mass from patients with benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH） were cultured in vitro.（2） the effects of Qianlongtong capsules on apoptosis index and cell cycle cultured with were detected with TUNEL and FCM.Results Qianlongtong promoted the apoptosis and it was related to the dosage of the drug（P0.01）;and the drug induced to increase the cells during G0/G1 periods,which was also related to the dosage of the drug.The differences between high and middle doses and low dose was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Qianlongtong can inhibit the hyperplasia of prostate tissue by promoting apoptosis and inhibiting cell circle in G0/G1 stage.
