益气活血法对冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者血清IL-6、TNF-α及ICAM-1的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue therapy on serum IL-6,ICAM-1 and TNF-α in patients with stable angina pectoris in qi deficiency and blood stasis

目的观察益气活血之保心汤对气虚血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效及对血清白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的影响。方法 60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用保心汤和西药治疗4周后,观察两组治疗心绞痛的疗效和患者治疗前后血清IL-6、TNF-α、ICAM-1水平的变化。结果治疗组疗效评价明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后血清IL-6、TNF-α、ICAM-1水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)。结论保心汤对气虚血瘀型冠心病心绞痛患者有确切的疗效,可能通过抑制血清IL-6、TNF-α、ICAM-1水平,从而抑制炎症反应,以达到治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的作用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Baoxin decoction on serum IL-6,ICAM-1 and TNF-α in patients with stable angina pectoris.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group treated with Baoxin decoction and control group treated with routine treatments.The curative effects in both groups and the levels of serum IL-6,ICAM-1 and TNF-α were measured before treatment and after 4 weeks therapy.Results The curative effects in treatment group was much better than that in control group（P0.05）,the levels of serum IL-6,TNF-α and ICAM-1 in treatment group after treatment were obviously decreased（P0.01）.Conclusion Baoxin decoction is exact effective to cure coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris,and the mechanism may be through inhibiting the levels of serum IL-6,ICAM-1 and TNF-α and decreasing the inflammation reaction.
