导痰汤治疗中风痰浊上扰证60例临床观察

Clinical study of Daotan decoction on stroke with phlegm-turbidity disturbing mind in 60 patients

目的观察中药导痰汤治疗中风痰浊上扰证的临床疗效。方法选择120例中风患者,随机分为治疗组60例,对照组60例。两组均予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用导痰汤,治疗4周后统计疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效总显著进步率为55.0%,对照组为36.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医证候疗效治疗组总显效率为63.3%,对照组为30.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候积分减少明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药导痰汤治疗中风痰浊上扰证有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effects of Daotan decoction on stroke with phlegm-turbidity disturbing mind.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,60 patients in treatment group treated with western medicine and Daotan decoction,and other 60 in control group with only western medicine,and the curative effects were measured after treatment 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 55.0% and 36.7% in control group（P0.05）;the total effective rate of TCM symptoms 63.3% in treatment group and 30.0% in control group（P0.05）;the TCM symptoms scores in treatment group was much lower than that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Daotan decoction is effective for apoplexy with phlegm-turbidity disturbing mind.
