我国养老资源的社会配置问题

Problems in Social Disposition of Retirement Resources for Senior Citizens in China

从经济供养、生活照料和精神抚慰三方面探讨我国养老资源的社会配置问题:养老的经济责任主体是每个人自己,国家有责任提供社会基本养老保障;以市场化配置社会生活照料资源,是解决养老生活照料需求的必然选择;子女亲属是提供精神抚慰的第一责任人。

This paper tries to discuss the problems in social disposition of retirement resources for senior citizens from aspects of economic support, living care and spiritual comfort. The following results have been found. The government is responsible for providing the fundamental social security for senior citizens although senior citizens themselves are subjects of economic responsibility. To satisfy the demand of the living care for senior citizens and allocating social resources of living care for senior citizens in the principle of market economy is important while the family and relatives are the first people to provide the spiritual comfort.
