劳动伦理与中国农村劳动力迁移——一个尝试性理论建构及解释框架

Work Ethics and Labor Transfer: a Tentative Framework of Theoretic Construction and Explanation

经济与伦理之间存在密不可分的紧密联系,劳动伦理从源头上影响人类经济行为的动机和方式。中国劳动力迁移行为具有与他国不同的典型特征,仅从经济因素的视角来解释是不足的,需要诉求于劳动伦理因素。中国乡土社会中经商逐利、勤勉耐劳、艰苦奋斗、安分守己、服膺现世等内化于心的劳动伦理,为劳动力迁移提供了强大的内在伦理支撑。当前,中国乡村伦理正在经历冲击和瓦解,一方面,要强化乡村伦理重建,重塑乡村道德秩序;另一方面,要进行社会政策的适应性调整,通过提高工资水平、逐步放开农民工进城落户政策等途径,实现社会政策与伦理道德、经济行为的相容。

There is an inseparable contact between economy and ethics, and work ethic affects the motive and the mode of economic behavior from the source. The typical characteristics of labor transfer in China is very different from others, which requires to find her causes from the work ethics. The work ethics includes fortune-oriented business management, hard working, order-abiding which provides a powerful internal spirit support. At present, rural ethics in China is experiencing shock and collapse. On the one hand, it is urgent to reconstruct rural ethics and rural moral order; on the other hand, it should make the social policies adapt to ethics and economic behavior by raising wage level, accelerating settlement of peasant workers and so on.
