中医辨证治疗乳腺癌抑郁症30例临床观察

Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer clinical observation of 30 cases of depression

目的:在对乳腺癌抑郁症进行辨证分型的基础上,根据不同的证候特点予以逍遥散加减辨证治疗,评估逍遥散为主辨证加减对乳腺癌抑郁症的治疗效果。方法:采用单纯随机分组方法(信封法),将合格病例60例按1∶1的比例随机分配入治疗组和对照组,按分型标准辨证分为肝郁脾虚型、肝郁气滞型、肝肾阴虚型、心脾两虚型,其中治疗组30例,予逍遥散为主辨证加减治疗,对照组30例采用黛力新治疗。结果6:0例患者,在证型方面,以肝郁脾虚型最多(40.0%),其次是肝郁气滞型(28.3%),肝肾阴虚型(16.7%),心脾两虚型(15.0%)。总有效率治疗组为83.3%,对照组为60.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌抑郁症在证型分布上以肝郁脾虚型和肝郁气滞型多见,本方案应用逍遥散为主辨证加减治疗该病有较好的抗抑郁效果,副反应少,安全性高。

Objective： To breast cancer in depression and parting foundation,according to the different characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment shall be free and unfettered scattered,assessment mainly to add and subtract syndrome differentiation and free and unfettered spread breast cancer treatment for depression effect.Methods： a randomized method with simple（envelope method）,will be qualified cases press 1：60 cases were randomly assigned the proportion of 1 into treatment group and control group,according to the classification standard differentiation into the spleen deficiency stomach type,stomach,liver and kidney deficiency of qi deficiency of type,two cases,including the treatment group,30 cases to free and unfettered and syndrome differentiation,treatment scattered as control group 30 cases by the new treatment.Diane force Results： 60 patients,in card type,type in the spleen deficiency stomach most（40.0%）,the second is qi stomach type（28.3%）,liver and kidney deficiency type（16.7%）,deficiency of two cases（15.0%）.Total effective rate of treatment group is 83.3% and 60.0% in control group,two groups of comparisons,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion： breast cancer in card type distribution depression in the spleen deficiency stomach type and qi stomach see more,the scheme of application free and unfettered mainly cure and scattered syndrome has good antidepressant effect,less side effects,high safety.
