道化学火灾、爆炸指数评价法在油库中的应用

APPLICATION OF DOW'S FIRE AND EXPLOSION INDEX EVALUATION METHOD IN THE OIL DEPOT

石化企业油库储存的油品种类多,数量大,容易发生火灾、爆炸等事故。因此,预防油库火灾具有十分重要的意义。运用道化学公司的火灾、爆炸危险指数评价方法,对油库储存装置的火灾、爆炸危险进行定量分析和评价,并对储罐泄漏后形成的池火灾的火焰强烈热辐射对周围人员和设备造成的危害进行模拟,为企业制定安全管理对策与措施提供依据。

A large variety of petroleum products in the oil depots of petrochemical enterprises are more likely to cause fire and explosion accidents.Therefore,it is of great significance to prevent fire accidents in oil depots.In this paper,Dow's fire and explosion index method is used to quantitatively analyze and evaluate fire and explosion risks in the oil depots,and then simulates the harms to surrounding people and equipments caused by the flame heat radiation of pool fire after the leakage in the oil depots.The results of the evaluation and simulation may provide basis for the establishment of safety management strategies and measures in enterprises.
