职业病的发生常与生产过程和作业环境中的有害因素作用于人体的时间和量有关,因此具有一定的潜伏期,但后果对患者和企业都是损失。通过对政策制度的实施、生产技术的进步、生产环境的改善和严格执行安全生产操作规程以及职工培训、个人防护等多方面阐述,浅谈职业病的管理与防治措施。

The occurrence of occupational diseases often results from the time and quantity of detrimental factors in the production process and working environment acting on human bodies.So there is certain latent period for such diseases.Yet there will be obvious loss for both the patients and the enterprises.This paper expatiates on the management of occupational diseases and the prevention measures from many aspects including the implementation of policy system,the advancement of production technology,the improvement of production environment,the strict enforcement of safety operation procedures,staff training and personal protection.
