75岁及以上老年患者86例经桡动脉途径冠状动脉造影和介入治疗临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察75岁及以上老年患者经桡动脉途径进行冠脉造影和介入治疗的可行性和安全性。方法对经桡动脉途径进行冠状动脉造影及介入治疗的86例患者的临床资料进行分析。结果桡动脉穿刺成功率95.3%,经桡动脉冠脉造影成功率96.3%,介入治疗成功率90.0%。无桡动脉闭塞和其他严重合并症。结论 75岁及以上老年患者经桡动脉途径冠脉造影和介入治疗血管穿刺部位成功率高、并发症少、安全性好。 Objective To analyze the feasibility and safety of coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention through radial artery.Methods 86 cases aged more than 75 years old who had coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention through radial artery from Jan.2009 to Dec.2010 were analysed in our hospital.Results The successful rate of radial artery puncture was 95.3%,and that of coronary angiography through radial artery was 96.3% without radial artery block and other serious complications.Conclusion The treatment of coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention through radial artery has high puncture successful rate with fewer complications and less restriction position and activity after operation.
