摘要
目的为山银花与其伪品华西忍冬的鉴别提供新的方法和依据。方法采用紫外谱线组法,分别对水、无水乙醇、氯仿和石油醚(60℃-90℃)4种溶剂的山银花与华西忍冬的浸出液进行紫外扫描,并测定其吸收峰数目和其峰位值。结果山银花与其伪品华西忍冬的紫外谱线组图像中最大吸收峰和其他吸收峰峰位值在水和石油醚中具有较大差异,而在无水乙醇和氯仿中虽然最大吸收峰峰位值相同,但其他峰峰位值不同。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏,可以鉴别同属的山银花和华西忍冬。
Objective This paper proposed a new method and basis for the identification of Lonicera Flos and its counterfeit Lonicera Webbiana by UV spectrophotometry groups. Methods Distilled water, abso- lute alcohol, chloroform and petroleum ether(60℃ -90 ℃ ) were used as extraction solvents and the UV spectra of the extracts was obtained. Results The UV spectra of Lonicera Flos and its counterfeit Lonicera Webbiana in the water and the petroleum ether showed different maximum absorption peaks in both number and intensity. Though the peak positions of the maximum absorption in the absolute alcohol and in the chloroform were the same, other values of the peak positions of absorption were different in the absolute alcohol and the chloroform. Conclusion The method provided is a simple, accurate, sensitive way to distinguish Lonieerae Flos from Loni- cera Webbiana in same genus.
