摘要
首先,利用UG(Unigraphics)软件建立整个离合器盖三维模型;接着,采用NXnastran软件的有限元分析功能对离合器盖进行了危险工况下的静应力计算和模态分析,得到其在各危险工况下的最大静应力、应变及固有频率;最后,对离合器盖进行了耐久性分析,找出了其危险疲劳点。研究结果可为传统离合器盖的设计或升级提供理论依据。
First, the use of UG (Unigraphics) software to create three-dimensional model of the clutch cover. Then, using NX nastran finite element analysis software on the clutch cover for a dangerous condition of the calculation of static stress and modal analysis, to be in the dangerous condition of the maximum static stress, strain and natural frequency. Finally, the clutch cover for durability analysis to identify the risk of fatigue points. The results for the traditional design or upgrade the clutch cover and provide a theoretical basis.
