摘要
文章通过炭素厂车间烟尘治理措施实例分析,阐述了在沥青熔化、粉碎、混捏、压型、焙烧工序采用快速沥青熔化技术、分散安装集气罩与集中袋式除尘设备一体化、焙烧炉高压静电除尘技术相结合的污染物治理方法。结果表明:几种方法结合治理可使炭素厂车间作业场所的烟尘达到净化。
Carbon Plant by plant dust control measures in case studies, described in the asphalt melting, grinding, kneading, compression type, the roasting process by rapid melting asphalt technology, distributed and centralized installation of gas gathering dust bag cover device integration, roaster high-voltage electrostatic dust removal technology, a combination of pollution control methods. The results showed that： combination of several methods of governance will enable carbon factory workshop workplace smoke to purify.
