摘要
汽车维修是汽车养护中不可缺少的环节,汽车维修的质量不仅事关汽车维修企业的生存发展,而且事关汽车驾驶者的人身安全。汽车维修企业对汽车维修的质量控制一般从"硬件条件"和"软件条件"入手。硬件方面引进先进的维修设备检测设备和汽车配件,在软件方面特别注意对维修员工的技术培训和维修流程培训,树立质量意识安全意识。
