摘要
通过对人力资源管理岗位任职资格要求、国家职业资格认证和高职院校的考核比较分析,结合我院实践,提出建立统一的国家人力资源职业资格认证制度和继续教育培训制度,完善职业资格认证考核内容,调整考核方式,规范高职院校的《人力资源管理》课程考核等改革措施。
Based on the positions of Human Resources Management qualification requirements, the National Council for Vocational Qualifications and vocational assessment of the comparative analysis of institutions, combined with our college's practice, this article proposed the establishment of a unified national human resources professional qualification certification system and the training system of continuing education; improved the Professional certification examination content and assessment methods to adjust; and standardize the vocational colleges course assessment test on "Human Resource Management", as well as reform measures.
