摘要
该文对我国PVC特种树脂开发在PVC通用树脂大规模扩产的情况下与国外相比所具有的差距，现状和前景进行了分析，对国家产业政策和行业发展和工作方向给出了有意义的启迪。
The paper analyses deficiency,status and potential in developing modified PVC resin compared to that of foreign countries while large scale capacity of universal PVC is built in our country ,which has significance for state industry policy and work for the industry.
