摘要
文章采用工作研究的方法对某公司窗帘包装线进行分析,通过程序分析、动作分析、动素分析,运用5W1H方法及ECRS(取消、合并、重排、简化)原则和人机工程学,找出包装线上存在的问题并给出改善方案。运用模特法计算合理的作业时间;通过分析改善包装作业平面布置,运用动作经济原则和动素分析法减少了工人的动作浪费和时间浪费,使得包装线的生产效率提高48.1%。
The methods of work study are applied to analyze curtain packing line for a certain company. Through procedure analysis, action analysis, motion analysis, using 5W1H check list and ECRS （elimination, combination, rearrangement, simplicity） principles and ergonomics, finds out the problems and gives solution to improve packaging line. Using model method to calculate the reasonable operation time; Through the analysis of plane layout, by using motion rule of economy and motion analysis improves packing process and reduces action waste and time waste, makes the packaging line efficiency pt 48.1% beating.
