摘要
扩散技术在工业制作的各个方面有重大的作用,在电子技术上的应用以晶体管最为显著。本文就简要介绍如何应用三重扩散工艺生产大功率晶体管,并对目前生产工艺中的一些不足之处进行改进,以更好的提高大功率晶体管的质量。
The diffusion technology plays a major role in various aspects of industrial production.Its application in electronic technology,the most significant is the production of transistor.In this paper,how to produce high power transistor applying the triple diffusion process was briefly introduced,and some of the shortcomings in current production process for were improved in order to better improve the quality of high power transistor.
