摘要
建筑工程项目造价控制对建设单位的经济收益影响较大,把握好设计阶段的投资控制有助于各项资金的规划使用。建设项目设计的方案充分考虑造价因素,能给整个工程的成本控制创造条件。基于此,本文主要对建筑工程设计阶段的投资控制措施进行了探讨。
There is bigger influence on economic benefits of construction unit for cost control of construction project, and a good grasp of investment control of design stage helps to reasonable use for various funds. Cost factors fully considered by design scheme of construction project can create conditions for cost control of the whole project. Based on this, investment control measures in the design stage of constructional engineering were mainly discussed in this article.
