摘要
市场人工单价的预测一直以来都是建筑企业关注的问题,本文基于灰色系统理论建立了背景值优化的GM(1,1)模型,并通过检验证实了所建模型模拟及预测精度较高,在市场人工单价预测时具有很大的现实意义。
Construction enterprise have been always concerning prediction research of the unit price of market artificial based on the grey system theory. This paper has established a GM （1, 1） model which optimized the background value. The higher accuracy and prediction of the model have been confirmed. It has great practical significance when unit price of market artificial is predicted.
