基于心理契约的企业知识型员工激励研究

摘要 知识经济时代,知识成为企业成长与发展的关键因素。怎样吸引、留住知识型员工以应对激烈的竞争是摆在企业面前的一大难题。基于心理契约的激励措施充分考虑到员工心理因素,能够实现激励方式与激励对象的合理配置,是比较有效的激励方式之一。文章的研究为企业有效管理知识型员工提供了参考依据,帮助其制定有针对性的知识型员工管理措施,提高知识型员工的绩效,真正实现以人为本和双赢局面。 In knowledge economical time,knowledge becomes the key factor for the growth and development of enterprises.How to attract and retain the knowledge workers to cope with the fierce competitions is a big problem for every enterprise.Incentive is an eternal theme for every enterprise.The incentive method which is based on the psychological contract theory,is one of the effective incentive methods.It could not only give full consideration to the psychological factors of employees,but be able to realize a reasonable allocation between the incentive method and incentive object.This paper provides references for the management of the knowledge workers,helping enterprises to establish targeted management measures to improve the performance of the knowledge workers so as to achieve a true people-oriented and win-win situation.
