摘要
在激烈的市场竞争的今天,日益发展的煤炭企业为了符合我国国情的发展,也为了符合我国煤炭事业自身的发展提出了精细化管理,而且精细化管理也成为我国煤炭企业必须发展的道路之一。但是依据现在的现实情况,我国煤炭企业的精细化管理还很不成体系,还有许多要改进的地方,本文根据现在煤炭企业发展的现实状况,分析其优势和长处,同时寻找其劣势和不足,从而制定可持续发展的煤炭企业精细化管理道路,使我国的煤炭企业真真正正地实施精细化管理的路子,与我国经济发展的步伐相协调。
In the fierce market competition,in order to meet the development of China's national conditions and developing coal enterprise,accord with China's coal enterprise itself,developing coal enterprise puts forward the fine management.The fine management also becomes one of the roads that China's coal enterprise must develop.However,based on current situation,the fine management of China's coal enterprise is not systemic,and there are many areas for improvement.According to development situation of coal enterprise,the advantage and strengths are analyzed,and the disadvantages and limitations need to be sought,and then the road of fine management of coal enterprise of sustainable development is laid down in this paper so that China's coal enterprise implements fine management authentically,and keeps consistent pace with China's economic development.
