高校是培养人才的重要基地,担负着将知识的创新、扩散、与传播,而充当这一传播媒介的工具则是大学图书馆,高校图书馆要实现其重要职能,必须依靠一套科学高效的管理制度,本文则是笔者对如何做好新形势下管理制度的创新进行的简单分析概述,仅供参考。

The university is an important base of talent training,with responsibility for the innovation,the proliferation and the transmission of knowledge.The library of university acts as the media tools.To realize the important function of university library,we must rely on a set of scientific and effective management system.This paper analyzed how to do well the innovation of the management system under the new situation only for reference.
