当前高校毕业生人数总量依然较大,结构性就业问题突出,大学生的就业期望薪酬明显增加,报考公务员和村官踊跃。就业中存在宏观形势不确定,高校学科专业的设置与市场衔接有待加强,学生的综合能力需要提高,就业观念、就业心态应该调整,国家的就业政策需要进一步完善。

The current number of university graduates is still greater.Structural employment is prominent,and expected salary of students distinctly rise.The number of students applying for civil servants and rural head is visibly increasing.There are many problems existing in the employment,such as macro-environment is not uncertain,dovetailing of subject set and market need to be strengthened,the comprehensive ability of students need be improved,employment sense and employment mentality need be adjusted.State employment policy need to be further improved.
