立足于本专业特点,利用计算机网络技术开发教学资源,建立食品专业英语网络课程。将教学内容与教学资源、同步测试、交流互动、知识拓展各功能模块有机结合,为学习者建构一个舒适的学习情境,加强了学生自主学习的能力。
Based on characteristics of food specialty, the network course of English for food science ＆ engineering was developed with application of computer network technologies.Through combination of teaching contents with progress test, interaction between teaching and learning, knowledge linkage, etc., an open, various learning situation was built, and students self -study ability was improved.
