制约师范生教育实习成效的因素分析

Factors that Restrict the Effectiveness of Educational Practice of Normal Student

教育实习作为教师职前教育的一个关键环节,对于提高师范生实践能力、提升教师专业化水平和综合素质,具有十分重要的意义。但是,当前高校师范生教育实习中存在诸如时间短、效果差等问题。为此我们从高校、中小学实习基地、师范生三个角度深入了分析制约实习成效的因素。并提出完善高校实习制度、改革教师教育课程、加强对实习生的职前培训和指导、大力推进顶岗置换教育实习、完善对实习基地的督导与评价等措施,以期有效提高师范生教育实习成效。

The educational practice,as a key aspect of pre-service education of teacher,is of great significance for improving the practical ability of normal students,enhancing teachers＇ professional level and the overall quality.However,there are many problems in the current educational practice in colleges,such as short time,poor effect and so on.For this,we analyze the factors constraining the effectiveness of training from the university,training base schools,normal student three angles,and propose the measures,such as,improving university training system,reforming teacher education courses,strengthening pre-service training and guidance of interns,and vigorously promoting teaching practice about taking post and replacement and improving the supervision and evaluation of the practice base,to improve effectiveness of educational practice.
