摘要
《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确提出要全面提高高等教育质量。高校辅导员组织实施的班集体建设与管理无疑也是提高高等教育质量的一个重要的微观组成部分。本文结合"阳光九班"班集体团队化建设与管理的工作实践,总结提炼出科学化的班集体建设规律和学生教育、管理、服务创新方式,力求在大学班集体建设这样一个高等教育微观环境中主动实现与国家高等教育宏观政策导向的实时联系与紧密结合。
National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Planning Programs（2010-2020） has clearly pointed out the necessity to improve the quality of higher education from all aspects.University instructors undertaking class construction and management among university students is certainly an important micro-element for improving the overall quality of higher education.Based on the author＇s own work experiences and researches,she has been conducting a class construction and management program towards her 317 students which named ＂sunshine 9＂.The author has summarized the rules of college class construction and come up with some innovative methods of scientific education,management and service towards students in order to realize a timely touch with the macro-level state guidelines through a micro environment of higher education — class construction.
