社会阶层分化对西安高校学生择业的影响及对策

The Influence of Social Stratified Differentiation to Students' Occupation Choice of Xi'an Universities and Countermeasures

改革开放以来,我国的经济体制和经济结构发生了一系列重大变化,新的社会阶层和群体大批涌现。不同阶层之间的利益矛盾,也体现在来自不同阶层的大学生。在社会阶层分化的条件下,来自不同家庭的大学生在就业时表现得就业观、择业标准有很大差异。开设就业指导、职业生涯规划指导,帮助学生正确认识自我,合理规划自我;帮助贫困生树立自信,提高综合素质,增强就业实力;鼓励大学生创业,特别是鼓励民营企业阶层与个体户阶层的学生是社会阶层分化新情况下增强大学生就业实力现实对策。

Since the reform and opening up,China＇s economic system and economic structure has experienced a series of major change,new social class and group are emerging largely.The contradiction of interests between different classes also reflects in the college students from different classes.Under the condition of social stratified differentiation,college students from different family have very big difference in employment outlook and criterion of occupation-choosing.Aiming at the new situation,the reality countermeasures of enhancing the strength of employment of university graduates are to open employment guidance,career planning guidance,help students correct understand themselves and conduct rational planning of the self;help poor students build self-confidence,improve their overall quality;encourage students to begin an undertaking,especially the students of private enterprise and self-employed entrepreneur.
