猪屎豆叶挥发性化学成分的GC-MS分析 被引量:2

摘要 用水蒸气蒸馏法、两相溶剂萃取法从新鲜猪屎豆叶中提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油的化学成分进行分析,采用气相色谱面积归一法测定各个成分的相对百分含量。共分离出111个峰,鉴定出111种化学成分,主要成分为柏木脑(33.68%)、棕榈酸(8.72%)、斯巴醇(5.67%)、蓝桉醇(4.03%)和植物醇(3.86%)。 The volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation followed by solvent extraction from Rabdosia inflexus leaves and the chemical constituents were analyzed by capillary GC-MS method.The relative mass fractions of each component was calculated by peak area normalization.One hundred and eleven peaks were detected and 111 compounds were identified.The major components were Cedrol(33.68%),n-Hexadecanoic acid(8.72%),Spathulenol(5.67%),Globulol(4.03%) and Phytol(3.86%) etc
