农民工为我国经济建设作出了很大贡献。但由于农民工安全培训不足造成农民工生产安全事故高发。相关政府部门监管力度不够,用工单位短视,农民工自身轻视,培训单位安全培训质量不高,这些都是农民工安全培训不足的因素。为此,有必要加强政府部门的监管力度,提高用工单位的重视程度,加强农民工的安全生产意识,提升培训单位培训质量,以便有效提高农民工的安全知识和自我防范能力。
