基于ELES模型的我国农村居民食品消费需求实证分析

Empirical analysis on food expenditure of rural residents in China-based on the ELES model

食品消费质量的提高对促进居民的身体健康至关重要。首先描述了我国农村居民食品消费现状,然后以2003—2010年我国统计年鉴为基础,利用扩展线性支出系统(ELES)模型,并借助于SPSS13.0统计软件对2002—2009年我国农村居民食品的边际消费倾向、需求收入弹性、基本需求进行了实证分析,并得出结论。最后,在既有结论的基础上,对如何提高我国农村居民食品消费支出进行探讨。

Improving of the food consumption quality is essential to promote the health of residents.At first,this paper described the food consumption status quoin of rural residents in China.Based on the 2003—2010 China statistical yearbook,using the ELES,and then analysed empirically the marginal propensity of consumption,income elasticity of demand and the basic demand of food of rural residents in China from 2002 to 2009 with SPSS13.0 Statistical software,and come to conclusions.Finally,on the basis of the existing conclusions,how to improve the rural residents food consumption expenditure in China was discussed.
