急性双肺多发性微血栓栓塞抢救成功一例
摘要
患者男,58岁。因反复咯血3个月入院。入院时患者胸痛、咯血,血为鲜红色（10~20 ml/d）,无发热、咳脓痰、呼吸困难等症状。查体：气管居中,双肺呼吸音清晰,右背下部份可闻及湿啰音,肺部叩诊左右对称无浊音。
