关键的信号网络节点作为五没食子酰基葡萄糖的药效靶位的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 五没食子酰基葡萄糖(PGG)是一种来自于多种药用植物的天然多酚化合物。使用体外细胞或体内动物模型的研究表明,PGG具有抗癌、抗糖尿病以及细胞保护的药物效应。对PGG生物学活性分子机制的研究逐渐发现其在细胞中具有各种药效靶位,而这些靶位是细胞信号转导网络中的关键节点,PGG的多靶位性与其药效多样性是相对应的。本文综述了PGG作用于细胞信号转导网络中各个节点从而实现其药学效应的研究进展。 Penta-galloyl-glucose(PGG) is a natural polyphenolic compound derived from many medicinal herbals.Preclinical studies involving cell or animal models have demonstrated that PGG expresses multiple pharmaceutical potentials including suppressing tumor,anti-diabetes and cytoprotection.Investigation to the molecular mechanisms of the pharmaceutical effects of PGG has revealed multiple targets for PGG,those targets are the critical nodes in signaling networks in cells.In this paper,it is reviews how PGG exerts therapeutic potentials by targeting cellular nodes in signaling networks.
