Study of the Supply Chain Operations Management Based on Virtual Pharmaceutical Companies

"未来的竞争不是企业和企业之间的竞争,而是供应链之间的竞争",伴随着市场竞争的加剧,科技与信息网络的进一步发展,虚拟企业应运而生,以使企业能够以高弹性运作来适应瞬息万变的市场,本文首先分析虚拟企业的内涵,然后进一步讨论了药品企业供应链运作管理现状,最后提出了基于虚拟药品企业的供应链运作管理模式。

＂The real competition in future,is not the competition between companies,but is the competition between the supply chains of the companies.＂ Under the high fierce market competition,and the further development of information technology,the advent of virtual enterprises will help companies to deal with the high risk market by using more flexible operations management.At beginning of this paper,it states the principle of the virtual enterprise.After that,it discusses the current situation of supply chain operations management in pharmaceutical companies in China.At the end,there shows an operation model of virtual pharmaceutical companies based on supply chain operations management.
